- Heating/cooling circuits with heat pumps on the water loop for commercial areas.
- Heating circuits with radiators for bathrooms and technical/administrative areas in the commercial center.
- Heating/cooling circuits with fan coils in the 4 piped system for some spaces in the mall.
- Conditioning circuits in "air only" system for the main access into the mall and supermarket.
- Ventilation circuits for providing the rate of fresh air in commercial spaces.
- Heating plant, chilled water plant and related heat source for the heat pumps on the water loop (two cooling towers with a total capacity of 1300 kW)..
