- heating circuits with radiators for bathrooms and additional areas.
- heating/cooling circuits with fancoils (330 pcs.) in 4 piped system for offices.
- for cafeteria area at the mezzanine of the building (conceived as a relaxation area for building occupants) has provided a heating/cooling system in the floor doubled by a proper ventilation system.
- ventilation circuits for providing the rate of fresh air in offices.
- heating plant equipped with two boilers at 720 kW each.
- chilled water plant equipped with two chillers at 700 kW each.
- integration of a balancing valves system for all heating circuits.
