Designed works in the surgery area :
- Inner circuits of cold water, hot water, waste water and recirculating of hot water
- Ventilation system of type "clean rooms" in the surgery area. The system was designed according to the norm NP015/97 ("Norms for design and verification of hospital buildings and related facilities) also being taken into account European standards for such facilities. With a ventilation system (aseptic construction) there are ensured a total of 20 hourly fresh air exchanges managed through a laminary flow ceiling system (equipped with HEPA filters) located above each surgery room.
- Heating plant equipped with 3 condensing boilers.
- A cooling plant equipped with one sized chiller to cover the need of cooling/dehumidification.
- Heating circuits with radiators at the basement and ground floor.
- Electric power and lighting circuits for basement and ground floor (surgery area)
- Automation systems and circuits, related to the works developed (power panels and automation for the air handling unit, heating plant and surgery areas, etc.).
